Concrete column post, which eliminates wood post in the ground (see enlarged diagram below).
Truss headers are lagged versus air nailed, creating a stronger connection for barring areas.
G-100 galvanized painted steel panel with higher edge rust protection.
Stainless steel capped painted roofing and siding screws help eliminate rust streaks.
Roof panel ribs to be enclosed at eaves which prevents bugs from entering.
Fiberglass entrance door (versus steel) which prevents rust and dents.
